Les transitions démocratiques en Afrique francophone : regards croisés sur les processus électoraux en République démocratique du Congo et en Guinée

La Fondation pour la recherche stratégique initie un cycle d’ateliers d’échanges sur les dynamiques contemporaines en Afrique. Le premier atelier se tiendra lundi 14 octobre, de 14h30 à 17h et portera sur « Les transitions démocratiques en Afrique francophone : Regards croisés sur les processus électoraux en République démocratique du Congo et en Guinée ». L’atelier se déroulera dans les locaux de la FRS (4 bis rue des Pâtures – 75016 Paris). Un café d’accueil sera proposé aux participants à partir de 14h.

I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said « You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear. » She placed the shell to her ear and screamed.
